Boba Bets is Brian Su’s personal site. Here is how information shared through the site is handled.

What you share

The introduction form asks for your name, email address, and a short introduction. You may also include your company or project name and a website or deck link. Only share information you are comfortable having Brian review; please avoid confidential, financial, or sensitive personal information.

How it is used and stored

When the form confirms that an introduction was received, those details have been stored in a private Supabase database for Brian to review and, where appropriate, respond using the email address you supplied. Submissions are not published on this site. The form does not send an automated email, create an account, or subscribe you to a mailing list.

Vercel hosts the website and processes requests. Supabase stores introductions. These providers may process technical request information under their own privacy terms. This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Preventing spam

The server uses a secret keyed hash of the request’s IP address and your email address to limit repeated submissions. The site does not store the raw IP address in its submissions or rate limit tables. Rate limit hashes are kept in time buckets; expired buckets are removed during later submissions after 48 hours. These hashes are not used for marketing.

Retention and deletion

Introductions remain in the private database until Brian removes them. There is no automatic deletion schedule for introductions. To ask for access, a correction, or deletion, use the contact form with the same email address and describe the request. Identity may need to be confirmed before personal information is disclosed or changed.

A practical note

A link shared in the form is stored as text; submitting it does not cause the server to fetch its contents. If the form reports that it is unavailable or that an introduction was not saved, do not treat the message as delivered. A successful confirmation means the database accepted it; it does not guarantee a reply or an investment.
